Welcome to Gupi! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Gupi mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), owned and operated by Gupi ("we", "us", or "our"). By using Gupi, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Gupi. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly allow users under the age of 16 to register or use the Service.
You are solely responsible for providing accurate information regarding your age. Gupi does not have the obligation to independently verify the age of its users. If we discover or have reason to believe that a user is under 16 years of age, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate that account without notice.
You retain ownership of any content (videos, comments, profiles, messages) you upload to Gupi. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, display, and distribute your content for operating, promoting, and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to post any content you upload, and that your content does not violate the rights of any third party.
The content on Gupi is predominantly user-generated. Gupi does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any content posted by users. We do not promise that any user content is accurate, complete, up-to-date, legal, or will not be offensive. You access and rely on user content at your own risk.
We use a combination of technology and user reports to moderate content, but we cannot review all content posted on the platform. If you encounter content that violates these Terms, please report it through the app.
Gupi offers live streaming features. When using live streaming, you agree to:
We are not responsible for user-generated content broadcast during live streams. Live streams are not pre-screened or monitored in real time. Users who repeatedly violate live streaming rules may have their accounts suspended or terminated.

All trademarks, logos, and service marks used in Gupi (excluding user content) are the property of Gupi or its licensors. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and notify the user who posted it.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of the Service. Gupi is not responsible for any disputes, claims, losses, or damages arising from interactions between users, whether online or offline. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor or mediate disputes between users.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content that are not owned or controlled by Gupi. We do not endorse and are not responsible for any third-party content, websites, or services. You access third-party links at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gupi, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Gupi at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in behaviour that harms the community. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
If your account is suspended or terminated before you use any virtual items, balances, rewards, or pending withdrawals associated with your account, you will not be entitled to a refund or any additional access to, or value from, such items, unless required by applicable law. We encourage you to use any virtual items or request withdrawals before you cease to have access to your account.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We may modify, update, or discontinue specific features of the Service at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, and improvements that may temporarily affect the availability of the Service.
Gupi is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or security of the Service, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gupi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Gupi shall not be liable for any actions, content, or behaviour of other users of the Service.
Gupi shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, power outages, internet or telecommunications failures, government actions, or any other force majeure event.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Gupi regarding your use of the Service. These Terms supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings between you and Gupi, whether written or oral, relating to the Service.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version in the app and update the Effective Date. Your continued use of Gupi after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.
